We asked Steve to sell a South Auckland dual income rental property for us at the beginning of a Level 3 Lockdown. Steve was wonderful. He worked well with the tenants in what was a very stressful time for everyone concerned, and easily managed access for builders, valuers and potential purchasers. Steve was very professional to deal with, great with tenants, and was an awesome negotiator.
